Subject: Feedback on our tour
Hi
Thanh,
Just
wanted to drop you a line and say that my wife and I had a fantastic time on our
tour that we had with your company. The tour guides were friendly, helpful and
informative and all other dealings with representatives from your company were
great.
However, there was one exception and I'm writing this email and we were never
given a feedback form to complete for Nha Trang. The tour guide (Hoa - I
believe his name was) was quite unhelpful and his English was extremely poor -
for example unable to tell me where some bars or restaurants were!!
Additionally, the two restaurants that he had organised for us were the worst
that we experienced on the tour and the one he took us to at the Fishing Village
was a disgrace (my wife and I didn't even eat).
Sorry
but I feel that it is necessary to provide this feedback as our experience in
Nha Trang with the representative (the tour guide) from your company was not
consistent with our otherwise excellent time on our tour.
Again, thank you for organising a wonderful holiday for my wife and I and we our
even our friends may see you again sometime in the future.
Kind Regards,
Justin Cross

Dear "Tina'
Thank you so much for the wonderful trip we had. To
my surprise the hotels were as nice as the internet pictures.
I sent you the synopsis of the trip which covers
much of the experience, impressions. Following covers more of the "tour
arrangements".
First, the guides were very good. This was my first
time of not having the same guide throughout the entire journey. Son, Han, and
Ying were allexcellent -- and each different. Han -- the history teacher,
disciplined, we all got a good laugh at him telling Katrina "listen". had a
schedule to meet and he did, a good cyclist that kept us very safe. Son, just a
big kid who was a lot of fun. Ying who was very responsive to our requests, when
he had the choice took us away from the bus tour restaurants. All of them nice
guys.
Great transportation!!! Drivers were great on all
things.
Empress hotel was my favorite!!!! Green hotel could
use some refurbishing.
Shame about no boat ride/beach time in Nha Trang.
but unavoidable due to weather conditions. Mekong more than made up for it. That
was a terrific part of trip. Schedule called for ferry ride -- if there was a
conscious decision for the small boat etc. -- thank you, thank you. It was
perfect!
Set meals -- first time for me with such a program.
Overall -- good. Benefits -- avoiding casting about for place to eat, got
dishes we wouldn't have known to order. Drawbacks -- only one really. Some of
the meals got repetitive, different place, same food. As the trip went on, Ying
especially, provided an opportunity to substitude, we ordered extra of a certain
dish off the menu (our cost!).
Recommendation -- first dinner in Dalat, whatever
the place was, horrid! Just didn't eat 90% of the food. Use another place. Ying
took us to another place the following evening, small local restaurant.
Wonderful!!!!
Well, I'll now start thinking about Cambodia, Laos
-- with Mekong as part of it. Sadly, due to attack on Katrina, will approach
planning with caution etc. Not sure if I want to cycle in some of the areas --
and certainly not sure about wanting to take on the responsibility of having
women along on trip. That one person did not do a lot for tourism.
Overall -- great job Tina!!! In planning my next
trips to area you will be my first choice as to considering.

Dear
Le Thuc (Mr)
I would like to
tell you how much I enjoyed my trip with Adventure Tours Vietnam. I
found everything to be very well organised and planned and I enjoyed
seeing parts of Vietnam that I would not have seen if I was not on your
tour.
The tour guide and
driver were both very helpful and added much to the enjoyment of the
tour.
I will definitely
be using your tour company again and also recommending others to use it.
Thank you

Dear Mr. Le Thuc,
It quite nearly slipped my mind to thank you for a very wonderful trip! My
parents and relatives had a very enjoyable time in Hanoi (i've heard all their
stories already. I am very tempted to go to Hanoi myself) and the Rosalisa hotel
was a very lovely place to stay and very central too!
You did a very wonderful job arranging the itinerary
and they did not have to walk very very much which is what they wanted.
Just to thank you and to wish you continued
excellent work!
Best Wishes,
Jeannie

Subject: FOR THE KIND ATTENTION OF MS HOANG NGAN
Hello Ms Hoang Ngan
I just wanted to write to you to say a big "thank
you" for organising our tour. We were extremely pleased with everything
especially our guide Chinh Vu. As for the Classic Hotel, it is not bad for a
2star hotel, the only thing that needs improvement is the attitude of the staff
at the reception and the kitchen, maybe they need some training in manners.
Otherwise, we have been most pleased with he whole arrangement, so thank you
very much. Both the SAKOW family and our family spent a wonderful week in Hanoi
especially on our Anh Duong Junk in Halong Bay. The captain and his staff were
great. With our warmest regards and all the best for the future and business of
